Updated 44 minutes ago [Fire erupts in Karachi storage facility] 8 KARACHI: A sugar warehouse located on II Chundrigar Raod in Karachi has caught fire, Geo News reported. Thick columns of smoke could be seen billowing out of the building that houses this warehouse, eyewitnesses told Geo News. Panic is rampant in the area as many highrise corporate offices are nearby. Firefighters are busy battling the monstrous flames with the aid of at least five fire tenders. The cause of the fire has not been established yet.
