KARACHI: The 7th International Book Fair 2011 will be held here from December 16 to 20.
The Pakistan Publishers and Booksellers Association (PPBA) would organize the event at Karachi Expo Centre in association with the National Book Foundation.
The Chairman of PPBA, Aziz Khalid, said that as many as 280 stalls would be set up at the fair.
He stated that more than 150 local and foreign publishers would participate including those from United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore, Iran, Greece and India.
Academic and literary books in English, Urdu, Arabic, Sindhi and other language would be put on display.
Launching of new books, talks shows and event for children would also be organized during the Book Fair, it was further stated. (APP)
