Significance Of 11/11 In Britain And Mischief Of A Tiny Muslim Group




The 11th of November has a very special connotation in Britain and in many European countries that together formed the so-called Entente Powers during the First World War. Celebrated throughout the country as Armistice or Remembrance Day,

it marks the day in 1918 when an armistice was signed to bring a formal conclusion to that war, a long and brutal confrontation which, by the time it had ended, had resulted in almost fifteen million deaths with another twenty million suffering casualties.
